Resolution

Please see attached Support Genie utility to collect Web Screen related logs for support and development.

Instructions for use:

1. Unzip attached file on Web Server to folder Sage300WSA

2. Run Sage300WSA as an administrator

3. By default Sage 300 Trace Log Filter is set to Warning. The utility will change the setting to All when selected, but this will restart web services, DO NOT perform when users are active in web screens.

4. By default Last 7 days is selected. User the Collect button to collect logs.

5. When Completed, select Open Folder Location, then zip up folders and send to support.
