Message: "Remote Data Access is not currently available to all subscribers"

Summary

Remote Data Access (RDA) is not currently available to all subscribers. If you have a subscription or service plan that includes Remote Data Access, please check back soon. If you do not have a subscription to Remote Data Access but would like more information, please call 1-888-261-9610 and select Sales.

Resolution

  1. Remote Data Access will not work with version 2021.x and older.
  2. Go to Help, Upgrade your Sage 50 product, OK.
  3. Ensure the message says "Activation successful".
  4. Reboot your computer.
  5. Try opening your data again.
