If you have forgotten your password and you are not the only user of that software, check whether anyone else knows or has a record of your password.
System administrators may keep a record of user names or have a password standard that they can use to help you remember your password.
If you are not the only user of the other Sage software, check whether there is another user name and password that you could use.
If you are exporting to a Microsoft program and require a password to do so, contact the system administrator or the owner of the program to obtain the password.
