What can I do if I forget or lose my password?

I am using Sage 50:

• If you have forgotten your password and you are not the only user of that software, check whether anyone else knows or has a record of your password.
• System administrators may keep a record of user names or have a password standard that they can use to help you remember your password.
• If you are not the only user of the other Sage software, check whether there is another user name and password that you could use.
• If you are exporting to a Microsoft program and require a password to do so, contact the system administrator or the owner of the program to obtain the password.
• If none of the above suggestions are suitable, you can contact Technical Support at 1-888-522-2722 to request a password override - additional charges may be applicable if you do not have a Sage 50 service plan
