How to remove 2-factor authentication from your Sage account.

To remove a device set up for 2-factor authentication, you’ll need access to that device to receive a confirmation code and complete the process. Removing 2-factor Authentication from your account will also make it less secure.

Resolution

 If you can access your device

  1. Go to Account Management and log in.
  2. Click 2-factor authentication.
  3. Click to remove the relevant device.
  4. The device will receive a code. Enter this on screen then to complete the process click Continue.

You'll receive confirmation of the device's removal.

Can't access your device?

If you don't have access to the device to receive the confirmation code, contact us to remove the device.
