How to unlock your account subscription

Summary

How to update your Sage Accounting subscription payment information when you get the "Account locked" message.

Resolution

Access your subscription profile

  1. While you can see the Account locked message, click Update your payment details.
  2. Enter your updated payment information.

NOTE: Only the owner of the account can access the subscription page and amend payment details with their login. If you are accessing the account as an additional user, you will not be able to view invoices or update payment details.

Sign in to your account

  1. Go to accounting.na.sageone.com/.
  2. Enter your email address, password, and select Log in.
