Does Sage Accounting Offer Payroll?

I registered for Accounting, and I am wondering if the software has a payroll module.

Sage Accounting does not have a built in payroll module. 

For Canada, Sage has a cloud payroll program that easily integrates with Sage Accounting. For more information, please visit the Sage Business Cloud Payroll page. 

For US, there is no integrated payroll solution available. You can use journal entries to update your accounting system after running payroll in another program.
