How to update your subscription payment method

How to update the payment method for your Sage Accounting subscription.

Resolution

NOTE: These steps apply to Canadian accounts created before April 2021.  

  1. Log in as the business account owner. See Sage account login.
  2. Hover over your business name and select Manage Business Account.
  3. On the Business Management page, select Payment Method and then click Manage My Payment Methods.
  4. On the Your subscriptions page, select Edit billing information.
  5. On the Billing information page, select Use a different card.
  6. Re-enter your card information and click Save.
