Q: Why does the "Employer's name" box not print the company address?
A: The address is optional.

Q: How do I enter an amount into box 52?
A: Change the Pension adjustments amount in the T4 and RL-1 Reporting tab of the Employee Records Window.

Q: Why is box 54 not printing on the Employee T4 Slip?
A: It is not needed. KB 10954 answers this. Quote from CRA "Do not enter your employer's account number in box 54 on these copies."

Q: Why is box 56 blank?
A: 3 scenarios exist for leaving box 56 blank, including that the amount is equal to box 14.
