| Resolution | Exporting reports Exporting the file - Go to Reports and open the report that you wish to export.
- Select File, then Export.
- Select the F: Drive.
- Enter the File name.
- In the Save as dropdown, select comma separated (*CSV).
- Click Save.
Downloading the file - Go to the F:Drive and select the file you saved.
- Right-click the file and select Show more options, then Cut.
- Select the Remote Virtual Drive folder from the menu on the left, then open the Downloads folder.
- Right-click in the folder and select Paste.
- If you get a pop-up that says Do you want to download files to your local desktop? Select Yes and check the box for Don't ask me again.
- Open the File Explorer on your local computer and select the Downloads folder. The report will be in this folder.
- Double-click the file to open it in Excel.
- Once the file is open, select File, then Save to save it in Excel format.
Exporting Records Exporting the file - Go to File, then Import / Export, Export Records.
- The Export Records Wizard will come on.
- Select Export records to a Sage 50 import file format, then select Next.
- Select the type of records to export.
- Enter the File name. Leave the location to F: and click Next.
- Select the items to export, then select Next.
- Select OK, then Finish to close out of the Export Records Summary.
Downloading the file - Go to the F:Drive and select the file you saved.
- Right-click the file and select Show more options, then Cut.
- Select the Remote Virtual Drive folder from the menu on the left, then open the Downloads folder.
- Right-click in the folder and select Paste.
- If you get a pop-up that says Do you want to download files to your local desktop? Select Yes and check the box for Don't ask me again.
- Open the File Explorer on your local computer and select the Downloads folder. The records file will be in this folder.
- Double-click the file to open it in Notepad.
- Once the file is open, select File, then Save as.
- In the File name field, replace txt with csv file extension.
- In the Save as type dropdown, select All files.
- Click Save to save the file in Excel format.
