Installing Sage Fixed Assets breaks reporting in Sage 100
Description
Cause
Sage Fixed Assets version 2025.1 or earlier uses a different Crystal Reports Runtime than Sage 100 version 2025. This causes errors when running reports.
Resolution
You’ll need to install Sage Fixed Assets version 2026.0 and Sage 100 version 2025 or later to run reports on the same computer. Both Sage Fixed Assets version 2026.0 and Sage 100 version 2025 use crystal runtime version 13.0.34.
