You can’t add subscriptions to a prospect -
You can turn a Prospect into a Client if you start doing work for them -
Select the Prospects tab to view the prospect list -
Contacts are quick references that include basic details like phone numbers and addresses -
You can’t add subscriptions to a contact -
You can turn a Contact into a Prospect or Client if needed -
Select the Contacts tab to view the contact list TIP: Deleting a contact also removes any relationship links the contact has with clients. Delete a contact -
Select the contact you want to delete in your contact list. -
Select Delete contact. -
Select the checkbox to confirm the deletion. -
