To run the report - Go to Reports.
- Click Sales Day Book.
Search for a Specific Customer Enter the customer's name in the search box. You can also search by invoice, credit number, reference, or value (enter a negative amount for credit notes). Select the period From the Period drop-down menu, choose a predefined time period or Custom to enter your own date range in the To and From fields. Include specific transaction types (Optional) Click More and select the transaction type in the Type field. View Transaction Details Click a transaction to open its page. Click Back in your browser to return to the report. For all transactions, click Detailed. Click Summary to return to the summary view. Calculate the Report Click Calculate. Save or Print the Report Click Export and choose CSV or PDF. Download the Report The report automatically downloads. When it's ready, a message appears on your menu bar. The download time depends on the data amount. Continue working while the report downloads. Access the Downloaded Report After the report downloads, select it from the menu bar. Depending on your export choice: - CSV: The file automatically downloads to your Downloads folder or prompts you to save the file
- Browse to where you want to save the file and click Save
- PDF: The PDF opens in a new window or tab
- Open your web browser File menu, then choose to print or save the report
