| Resolution | - Payroll update is available only for the subscribers of the Payroll update plan
- Payroll passwords are different for each update
- Make sure you use the correct link for the payroll update
- We email the payroll password at the end of June and December. Check your junk mail if you don't see the email
- If you need to sign up for the payroll update plan, contact the Sales department at 1-888-878-7675
