- Open the Match Transactions Window.
- In the Home window, click Banking on the navigation pane.
- In the Tasks pane, click the Match Bank Transactions icon.
- Select Match Transactions.
To create a new transaction for bank or credit card transactions or to transfer funds choose the type of transaction from the list below and follow the instructions for that transaction type. Bank- Money-In Transactions - Beside the imported transaction, open the menu in the Action column and select Create Transaction.
- Select the transaction type you wish to create and enter the transaction details. Transaction type options include bank interest, funds transfer, sales invoice, sales receipt, or general journal transactions.
- Click process.
Credit- Money-In Transactions - Beside the imported transaction, open the menu in the Action column and select Create Transaction.
- Select the transaction type you wish to create and enter the transaction details. Transaction type options include cash back and refund, funds transfer, credit card payment and general journal entry.
- Click process.
Bank- Money-Out Transactions - Beside the imported transaction, open the menu in the Action column and select Create Transaction.
- Select the transaction type you wish to create and enter the transaction details. Transaction type options include bank charges, funds transfer, purchase invoice, pay purchase invoice, make other payment, pay credit card bill, and general journal
- Click process.
Credit Card- Money-Out Transactions - Beside the imported transaction, open the menu in the Action column and select Create Transaction.
- Select the transaction type you wish to create and enter the transaction details. Transaction type options include funds transfer, purchase invoice, pay purchase invoices, make other payment, and general journal.
- Click process.
