Resolution
  • Check to be sure the file is connected with O365 File, Microsoft Integration verify if the file is already connected
  • Try to do a Cloud backup File, Backup and select Cloud backup
  • If Cloud backup is completed, check OneDrive Online if you can see the backup
    • Switch to classic view
