1. Go to https://portal.office.com and sign in with a global admin user name. Typically, this is a user name like "[email protected]."
2. On the Microsoft 365 home page, click the Admin tile.
3. Or, click the Application launcher in the upper left-hand corner. It’s typically a box with nine tiny white squares or a button area with nine dots.
4. Click the Admin application.
5. On the left-hand side, click Billing.
6. Underneath billing, click SubscriptionsB.
7. To be a compatible subscription, it needs to read: Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, Premium or Microsoft 365 Enterprise E1, E3 or E5.

 NOTE: For Sage 50 Cloud US, the compatible Microsoft 365 license types are Business Premium and Enterprise E3 or E5.
