CAUTION: Deletion of a company code removes all data associated with that company code. This is an irreversible process. Delete company code and remove data CAUTION: Don't work in the company you're deleting. Work from within another company code. - Access another company code that you're not deleting.
- From the Sage 100 Desktop, access the File menu, and select Change Company.
- Enter the company code that your not deleting.
- Open Library Master, Main menu, Company Maintenance.
- For Company Code, enter the company code that you’re deleting.
- Click Remove.
- Click OK prompted with the message: "Warning: Removing individual modules that are integrated with other modules...".
- Click the Select All (green check mark) button in the Remove Data window that appears.
- Click Proceed.
- Click Yes when prompted with the message: "This will permanently remove the data files...".
- Close Company Maintenance.
Delete the company code, then check if the "MAS_XXX" folder still exists in the "..\MAS90" directory. If it does, delete the folder. Example You deleted company code DEF following the steps above.
