| The Connection Manager is not in the system tray |
Resolution | Situation 1: - Restart the computer.
- Check the system tray for the Connection Manager.
Situation 2: - Open Windows Explorer
- Browse to C:\Program Files(x86)\winsim\ConnectionManager
- Double-click on Simply.SystemTrayIcon.exe
- Locate the Connection Manager icon in the system tray
- Double-click to open the Connection Manager
- Select Start Service if necessary;
- Make Status Running = Yes
- Ensure System service = Yes
Situation 3: -
- Open Windows Explorer
- Go to C:\Program Files(x86)\winsim\ConnectionManager
- If Simply.SystemTrayIcon.exe is missing, reinstall Sage 50
