Resolution
  1. Select Ctrl, Alt and Delete at the same time
  2. Select Start Task Manager
  3. Select the Processes tab
  4. Locate and select the Mysqld.exe or Sage 50 Accounting
  5. Select End Process or End Task
  6. Verify that Sage 50 is now closed
