Access the Company Setup wizard in eFiling & Reporting
Description
Cause
Resolution

The Company Setup Wizard automatically opens the first time you open a State or Federal form.
It also opens when you change company information or tax ID numbers.

Open the wizard from Existing Reports

If the Company Setup Wizard doesn't open automatically:
  1. In eFiling and Reporting, locate the Forms Selection section.
  2. Select Existing Reports.
  3. Click Accept.
  4. Click Setup.
  5. Proceed through the Company Setup Wizard screens.

Open the wizard from a form

You can also access the wizard while viewing any form:
  1. Click Edit, Company Setup.
  2. Proceed through the Company Setup Wizard screens.

NOTE:

The company address, phone, and FED Tax ID automatically populate from Company Maintenance.
The State and Local Tax ID numbers automatically populate from Tax Table Maintenance.
You can manually change this information in the Company Setup Wizard screens.
