Note: You need to install the 32-bit version (the one that ends in (x86).

• Wrong printer selected for the form
• A font (usually Arial) is not properly registered
• The PDF creator library is missing or not registered in Microsoft Windows
• Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 (x86) is not installed. (Note: This is the 32-bit version)
• Form directory not present
• Form directory is incorrect

Method 1:

1. Select Setup, then Reports & Forms.
2. Select the problem form.
3. Select the correct printer from the drop-down list in the Printer: field.
4. Select OK.

Method 2:

Download and install the European Union Expansion Font Update from Microsoft.

Method 3:

1. Select Windows Start, Control Panel, Program and Features (Windows Vista, 7 or 8) check that Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x86), is installed.
2. Manually download and install Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 from Microsoft.
3. Reboot your computer.
   • If it was already installed, uninstall it, then Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 from Microsoft.
   • Install the European Union Expansion Font Update or Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 to the workstation that actually has the issue, not to the server that hosts the data only.

• Download and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012

Note: For Sage 50 2016, please verify if both Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 and 2013 32-bit is installed.
