The latest tax forms are included on supported versions of Sage 100.

Print or eFile Form 941

  1. Open Payroll, Period End, Federal and State Tax Reporting.
  2. Select Federal and Click the Form Name Lookup.
  3. Select the xxxx941/Schedule B/941-V Report (xxxx=tax form year) from the forms listing.
    • If the tax year is incorrect in the Form ID Description.
      • Select the xxxx 941/Schedule B/941-V Report (xxxx=tax form year).
      • Click Proceed.
      • If the new year form is available, you'll see it when you select Lookup on Form Name.
      • If the new year form isn’t showing, click Automatic Update when opening Federal and State Tax Reporting. This updates all new forms from Aatrix.
  4. Verify you've selected the correct Quarter and Year.
  5. Verify the Company Name, address, and Federal Tax ID are correct.
    • The system automatically populates the Company name, address, phone and Federal Tax ID from Company Maintenance. You can change the information.
  6. Click Proceed.
  7. Proceed through the steps in the wizard, taking note of the popup messages and selecting OK.

Print 941 Schedule B

Select the You were a semiweekly scheduled depositor for any part of this quarter check box on the page 2. Then select OK.

Important Note: You can only print the Employers Expense Summary report while Payroll Data Entry is in progress. It isn’t available to print after you've updated the payroll check register.
