| Resolution | You can purchase MICR fonts form a third-party vendor such as Adobe. You can also install the TrueType MICR font by installing the Federal and State Tax Reporting. Configure the MICR font - From the Sage 100 Workstation Setup installation menu, select Install Federal and State Tax Reporting.
- On the workstation, open File Explorer and browse to
..\\MAS90\\Wksetup. - Right-click Autorun.exe, then select Run as Administrator.
- Select Install Federal and State Tax Reporting to launch the InstallShield Wizard.
- Click Next, then Finish.
- Repeat steps for each workstation needing MICR font access.
- Open the check form in Crystal Reports Designer.
- Right-click the @MICR field and select Format Field.
- In the Font tab, choose the Aatrix MICR font (listed with MICR symbol and “Aatrix”).

If you don't have the Sage 100 installation files - Browse to the ..\MAS90\Wksetup folder, right-click Autorun.exe, and select Run as Administrator.
- Select Install Federal and State Tax Reporting.
If the issue persists, check to make sure MICR printing is enabled - Open Common Information, Main menu, then select Bank Code Maintenance.
- Select applicable Bank Code from the lookup.
- Click the MICR button.
- Type the alphabet letter equivalent in the Check Prefix or Check Suffix fields.
 Note: If your bank requires the MICR font to print after the account number, enter the alphabet letter before and after the account number. For example:  [BCB:155:Chat 100 US:ECB] |
