Before you begin - You can only import SI reports from the same or lower Sage 100 Intelligence version
- Premium (SQL) SI reports don’t work with Non-SQL versions
- Non-SQL SI reports also don’t work with Premium (SQL) versions
- Create a new repository folder for each Sage Intelligence version on the same machine
- Don’t reuse a repository folder from an older Sage Intelligence version
- Install the correct Sage 100 ERP version for your SI setup
- Check Integrated Solutions Compatibility Matrices (ISCM) for Sage 100 details
- Connect the workstation to the Internet before starting this action
Register Sage 100 Intelligence Attachment: How_to_Register_and_Activate_Sage_100_ERP_Intelligence.pdf - Launch Sage 100 and open Sage Intelligence Reporting.
- Go to Setup
- Click License Manager
- Enter the UNC path to Network Repository if prompted and click OK.
- If the repository path fails to register, close Sage 100.
- Right-click the Sage 100 shortcut and select Run as Administrator.
- Type your Sage Customer Number in the Account Number field.
- Use an old customer number if needed
- Find it in Fusion under Identification Numbers
- Manually type the account number if copy-paste fails
- Enter the full Activation Code in the Serial Number field.
- Field is case-sensitive
- You can use lowercase "v" First character is lowercase "v"
- Example: vXXXXXXXXXX_G9WCLIG or XXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX_X
- Don’t use 7-digit Serial Number from Sage 100 product registration
- Remove "v" and retry if registration fails
- Click Apply.
- Click Perform Registration.

- Contact the Sales Advisors group by calling (800) 390-3643 or (800) 854-3415. Select Sales
- Request to speak with the Sales Advisors group
- The Sales Advisors will validate entitlement and generate new product keys if necessary
