After installing the latest version, I have two identical icons on my desktop
Description
Cause
  • When you install the newer version, it doesn't uninstall or replace the old version
  • The older version stays on your desktop as well and the icons look the same
Resolution

Delete the older version icon from the desktop

  1. Click the icons once to check the versions.
    • The version is the year
  2. Once you've identified the older version, right-click and delete it.
