There are identical program icons on the desktop
Description
Cause
  • When you install the newer version, it doesn't uninstall or replace the old version
  • The older version stays on your desktop as well and the icons look the same
Resolution
  1. Click the icons once to check the versions.
    • The version is the year
  2. Once you've identified the older version, right-click and delete it.
