| | How to create a customer record |
| Resolution | - When in Enhanced View, click the pane Customers & Sales/Receivables.
- Click the Customers icon.
- When in Classic View, under Customers & Sales/Receivables, click the Customers icon.
- In the Customers window, click File, Create.
- In the Receivables Ledger/Customer Records window, key in all the necessary customer information.
- Click Save and Close button to save the new customer record.
