- Sage does not offer a cloud service for Sage 50.
- Sage and its affiliates are in no way liable or responsible for claims made related to the products or services provided by third-party hosting providers.
- Sage is unable to provide technical support relating to environmental issues with Sage 50 on a cloud server; for environmental or related issues, contact the cloud provider for assistance.
- The Sage 50 Quantum edition is the only version that is tested to work in a Terminal Server environment
- Any usage of Sage 50 in a terminal server environment can only be supported by the cloud hosting provider and not Sage 50 support
