The Customer Portal and Partner Portal are separate websites with distinct login credentials.

Sage Customer Portal 

1. Go to Sage Customer Portal.
2. Select Log in.
3. Enter Username and Password.
    NOTE: The username is the email address used to sign up for Customer Portal. 
4. Click Log in.

You can sign up for the Customer Portal if you don't already have an account.

Sage Partner Portal

 NOTE: Register to access the Sage Partner Portal. 

1. Go to Sage Partner Portal.
2. Enter ID/email and Password.
3. Click Log in.

If you don't have a login account, register to get access to the Partner Portal.
