Some menus and options are not available while certain windows are open. To close all open windows:

  1. In the Home window, click the View menu
  2. choose Close all other Sage 50 windows.

Some menus and options are not available in multi user mode, even if you log on as sysadmin. To perform tasks that are not available in multi user mode, you need to switch your company back to single user mode.

  1. In the Home window on the File menu, choose Switch to Single User mode.
  2. Click Yes.
