The Record of Employment (ROE) shows a 'not validated' status
Description
Cause

A Record of Employment will only show as validated when all the information on the ROE is complete. Missing some sections like Section 3 will lead to errors.

Resolution
  1. Open the Employee detail window by clicking the employee's name.
  2. Verify the correct value for Vacation Paid info box 17A.
  3. Select how the employee receives their Vacation Pay.
  4. Add Insurable hours to Section 3 Block 15A if insurable hours are associated with the earnings.

  6. Check to Validate this completed form when I click Save and select Save.

The Status of the employee will now show as Validated.
