Create an Accountant's copy or a backup file

• If your accountant is a partner with Sage Software and has the Accountants Edition, create an Accountant's Copy
• If your accountant isn't a partner or the work they need to do is outside the limitations of the Accountant's Copy, create a normal backup

Send the file

• Save the .CAB file on a USB key and give it to the accountant
• Use a cloud storage such as Google Drive, OneDrive, or DropBox to share the backup file with the accountant

 NOTE: The Remote Data Access feature which is included in the Sage 50CT subscription allows company access to accountants.
