One or more windows are open - Select View, then Close All Other Sage 50 Windows.

In Multi-user Mode (Premium or up) - From the Home window, select File, then Switch to Single-user Mode.

Not logged in as the sysadmin user - Close Sage 50.
- Login as the sysadmin user.
- Verify that the option is available.
The company is in history mode - Create a backup.
- Exit history mode.
- Verify that the option is available.

- Contact your client and request to create a normal backup instead of an Accountant’s Copy?
