Why can't I see some customer's statements?
Description
Cause
  • Some customers don't have the option to produce customer statements
Resolution
  1. Open the Customer & Sales or Receivables module.
  2. Open the customer record that isn't showing in the statement list.
  3. Click the Options tab.
  4. Select Produce Statements for this Customer.
  5. Click Save and Close.
