| | Where are the automatic backups located? |
| Resolution | - Go to Setup, then Settings.
- Select Company, then Backup.
- Under the Scheduled Backup section, note the path location next to Create local backup.
- the location defaults to C:\Users\Public\Documents\Sage Software\Simply Accounting\backups\year\companyname
- If the field is blank, there are no automatic backups
- Go to your File Explorer and follow the path indicated to locate your backup files.
