Adding time slips to the paycheque module.

Cause
Resolution

Option 1: Adding hours on an individual paycheque.

  1. Click the Paycheque icon to create a new paycheque.
  2. Select the Employee.
  3. Click the Add time from time slips and timesheets icon on the paycheque screen.
  4. On the Add Time window, choose the dates from the timesheet for hours to be added.
  5. Click OK to finish.

Option 2: Adding hours on a payroll cheque run.

  1. Click the Payroll cheque run icon.
  2. Click each employee where hours will be added from the imported time sheet.
  3. Click the Add time from time slips and timesheets icon on the paycheque screen.
  4. On the Add Time window, choose the dates from the timesheet for hours to be added.
  5. Click OK to finish.
