How to remove the password for sysadmin username

NOTE:

You can't remove the sysadmin password if there are other users.

  1. Log in as sysadmin.
  2. In the Home window click Setup, Setup Users & Roles.
  3. Enter the sysadmin password again (for the last time).
  4. If more than one user exists, remove/delete them.
  5. Select Sysadmin and click Modify.
    • Notice the password seems blank, but you can’t click OK
  6. Enter a character into the password window and delete it.
  7. Click OK to accept a blank password.

When you log into the program, you’ll log in as the sysadmin without inputting a password.
