You can't remove the sysadmin password if there are additional users defined.

If you are unable to log in because the password is forgotten, then you can contact Sage 50 Support and request a password override.

1. Log in as sysadmin.
2. In the Home window click Setup, Setup Users & Roles.
3. Enter sysadmin password again (for the last time).
4. If more than one user exists, remove/delete them.
5. Select SYSADMIN and click Modify.
   • Notice the password seems blank, but you can’t click OK
6. Enter a character into the password window and delete it.
7. Click OK to accept a blank password.

When you log into the program, you will log in as the "sysadmin" without inputting a password.
