| | Log into a shared company with another Sage ID |
| Resolution | - Close Sage 50.
- Open Sage 50. On the Welcome screen, select Connect to a shared company.
- On the Connect to a Shared company window, click OK.
- Click Log in as a different user.
 - Enter the Sage ID and password you want to use.
- If you require administrator control, use the Sage ID assigned to the sysadmin profile
