Users can't access the file at the same time after upgrading
Description
Cause

The other users are still using the old serial number.

Resolution

On each computer that uses Sage 50:

  1. Open the file in sysadmin single user mode.
  2. Go to Help, then Upgrade Sage 50 product.
  3. Enter the new Serial number.
  4. Click OK to retrieve the key code online.
