Unable to access file at the same time for all users after upgrading to 4 user license
Description
Cause
  • The other users are still using the old 2 users serial number
Resolution

On each computer that uses Sage 50:

  1. Open the file in sysadmin single user mode
  2. Go to Help and Upgrade Sage 50 product
  3. Change to the new 4 users serial number
  4. Click OK to retrieve the key code online
