Register your Sage 50 Canada product purchased at a retail store

 NOTE: This applies to Canada Retail only. 

Sign up for a portal account

  1. Go to Customer Portal and select Sign up to the portal.
  2. Choose the following option.
    "I am a new Sage 50 customer in Canada, and I purchased my product from a retail store...". Enter your company name exactly as it will appear in your software.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Fill in all the Billing details, Contact information, and Create your password.
  5. Click Save. You'll receive an email at the email address you provided to activate and complete the registration.

 NOTE: The email address you used to register will be your username for logging into the Customer Portal.  

Register your product

  1. Log in with your username and password.
  2. Click Register your product, enter your Serial Number, and click Submit.
  3. You’ll see the Product Registration Confirmation message with registration details, including the Activation Key. You’ll also receive this information via email.
