How to view, print and email existing invoices
Description

Use list and record views to manage and share invoices, quotes, and vendor bills.

Multiple transactions

  1. For sales transactions, go to Sales, Sales Invoices, or Quotes & Estimates.
  2. For purchase transactions, go to Expenses.
  3. Select the invoices or quotes checkboxes.

Choose how to share or output the selected items

  1. To view the selected items, select the PDF icon.
  2. To print the selected items, select the Print icon .
  3. To email the selected items, select the Email icon . Enter the email address, and send.

Open an individual invoice or quote

  1. Open the invoice or quote.
  2. To print the invoice or quote, select Print preview. Print the PDF.
  3. To email the sales invoice or quote, select Email and send it using the displayed email address.

    NOTE:

    You can't email expense invoices.
