Log out and log in

If the information is not updating or a feature is not functioning, try to log out and log back in to the app to reset the data.

Logging back in will download all the data from your account from scratch.

  1. Tap the menu bars at the top left.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap Sign Out. 


Get the latest version

To make sure you have the most recent features and performance improvements, always download the latest version of the app. The latest and greatest versions are always available on the iTunes App Store and Google Play.

Uninstall and reinstall the app

If you have several app installed in your phone there can be rare interactions that cause conflicts. By uninstalling and reinstalling an app, you can make sure that updates to your phone and other apps are not affecting it.

For Android:  

  1. Open your device's Settings app .
  2. Tap Apps or Application manager.
  3. Tap the app you want to uninstall. You may need to scroll to find the app.
  4. Tap Uninstall.


For iOS:

  1. Hold your finger on the app icon until it wiggles.
  2. Tap the X that appears in the corner.
  3. Tap Delete.
